Launched in 2023, our Culinary Job Training Program provides tuition-free, bilingual culinary job training and employment placement for individuals facing barriers to employment. The program is more than just a start: it gives students a solid foundation in the culinary world, as well as essential skills for succeeding in the workplace.

Upon graduation, students are connected to fair-wage jobs in Sonoma County's culinary industry. We aim for our students to ultimately grow into leadership roles, helping to create a more diverse and dynamic culinary workforce.
