Food insecurity continues to grow in Sonoma County — 1 in 9 residents now struggles to afford groceries. Families, seniors, and neighbors are turning to us for help more than ever before.

Through our expanded Unity Kitchen in Sonoma Valley, we now prepare nearly 7,000 meals each week and operate a community pantry serving 700+ households, a vital lifeline for those barely making ends meet.

But Sonoma Family Meal does more than feed people today. We’re creating pathways out of food insecurity for good. Our Culinary Job Training program and new Teen Apprenticeship give students the skills and support to build stable, meaningful careers in food.
